PART OF THE
BISCUIT BAKING BELT - INSTALLATION
Installing the belt:
The belt is best pulled into the machine by means of the drive shaft. The coiled belt is centrally located at the front of the drive shaft. The first point of the belt is attached to a cross-strip by several brackets. A cable runs from the crossbar to the reverse shaft and returns along the top to the drive shaft. The cable is attached to the drive shaft. By rotating the drive shaft, the belt is pulled over the guide rollers. At the end of the oven, the cable and transverse strip can be guided over the reversing shaft, and the belt continues on the guiding support of the upper part. The cable can be removed when the first point of the belt has reached the drive shaft. The belt can be connected by twisting two spirals into the belt. The twisted spirals must then be flattened.
