LADDER BELT - GENERAL
The ST-ZK ladder belts are made to measure and can be made in any pitch from approx. 12mm, and in any width between 40mm and approx. 1500mm. The cross bars can be made in thicknesses from 2mm. These bar belts mainly run in straight applications, but can also be performed as curved belts.

The ST-HK Ladder Belts are made to measure and can be made in any pitch from 1/2″ (12.7mm), and in any width between 40mm and approx. 2500 mm. The cross bars can be made in thicknesses from 4mm. These bar belts run in straight applications.

The ST-BK Ladder Belts are custom made and can be made in any pitch from 3 / 4″(19.05mm) 1″ (25.4mm) and 27.4mm, and in any width from 60 to approx. 2000mm. The cross bars have a size of 5 mm. These belts can run in straight and curved conveyors.

The ST Ladder Belt is positively driven by gears, and can be used at transport speeds of less than 1 mtr/min. up to 20 m/min. Speeds above 20 mtr/min. are considered high speeds.

The ST Ladder Belts are used in production processes with temperatures from -100 C to +300 ºC.

The ST Ladder Belts requires minimal maintenance and can last for many years if used properly.
The belt is manufactured out of steel, various types of stainless steel. Other materials on request.
